• Estimated Delivery Time: Standard international delivery takes approximately 7–20 business days from the date of dispatch.

3. Order Tracking

As soon as your parcel is dispatched from our fulfillment center, you will receive an automatic Shipping Confirmation Email containing your official tracking number and a direct tracking link.

You can also track your order status anytime on our dedicated Track Your Order page. Please allow 1–3 business days for courier tracking systems to update online.

4. Customs, Duties & Address Accuracy

• Address Verification: Please double-check your shipping street address, apartment number, and postal code. We are not liable for delayed or returned parcels caused by incorrect address submissions.
• Customs & Import Taxes: Most standard consumer parcels enter customs duty-free. However, any applicable local customs duties, VAT, or import tariffs mandated by your local authority are the recipient's responsibility.
